Update: I wish I could respond to the owner! I understand everything said in the response, which is why I asked for the same haircut I’ve gotten every summer before I moved here and had to find a new stylist! A tried and true cut that I consistently loved on myself. I wish the frizz was what was causing the bad cut, but even styled it looked like a mullet. Unsure how I’ll be reimbursed but thank you for the response, I’m not sure where to go from here and I’m just very uncomfortable with my look right now. I hate giving bad reviews but I’m so upset 😩 I came to Silvia because of her rave reviews. I haven’t had a cut since moving here because I was scared of getting a bad cut. I’ve included a picture of what I wanted to go for, I specified no bangs. I’ve also posted what I got. I want to cry, it looks like a bad lady-mullet. I hate it. I wish I’d said something in person, but I was in shock and denial, plus I wasn’t quite sure what I was seeing with how she styled it. Now that I can see how bad the giant chunk of bangs are, I wish I’d never gotten it cut. I wish I could undo it all. I don’t have money to get it fixed, I didn’t even have money to get it cut in the first place but I was trying to do something for myself and get a fun flippy summer hairstyle. I’m so upset and embarrassed, I wish I could get my hair and my money back.
